Two (2) years' residence history (landlord's name, address, and phone number)

List of all property owned, their value and debt against it

Signed copy of purchase agreement, plans and specs (purchase or construction only)

Divorce decree

Proof of receipt of child support, alimony and/or spousal maintenance in last twelve (12) months and continuous for next three (3) years
